elimination methods

1. Fuel system failure

(1) there is blockage in the fuel system

(2) air in the fuel system

(3) no oil supply or intermittent oil supply from the oil transfer pump

(4) poor spray of fuel injector

(5) wrong advance Angle of oil supply

(1) disassembly and cleaning

(2) use the oil transfer pump to remove air in the system to check whether there is any oil leakage in the fuel line

(3) check and repair

(4) check, adjust or replace the needle valve couple

(5) check and adjust

2. Insufficient compression pressure

(1) piston ring and cylinder liner wear
(2) piston ring glue

(3) valve leakage

(4) low compression end temperature

(1) check and replace worn parts

(2) remove glue or replace it

(3) valve spring is broken or elasticity is reduced;Valve clearance is not correct;Valve seal is not good, do the corresponding treatment

(4) if the ambient temperature is low, preheat starting method shall be adopted

3. Failure of electrical equipment

(1) loss of battery power

(2) poor connection of electrical wiring

(3) start the motor not rotating or weak

(4) start the motor clutch to slip

(5) the gear of the starting motor shall not be embedded into the gear ring of the flywheel

(1) recharge to specified requirements

(2) check the degree of connection fixation

(3) overhaul and start the motor

(4) repair and start the motor clutch

(5) find out the reason and repair
